Dreamlag, 2020-2022
Coloured pencil on paper, 5 × 8”

Dreamlag is a series of spontaneous early-morning drawings made in the liminal space between sleep and waking. Working quickly in coloured pencil, these small works register fleeting images, half-formed thoughts, and bodily memory before language or intention fully settles in. The drawings operate as soft records of cognitive drift where perception lags behind consciousness, and mark-making becomes a way of thinking through sensation rather than representation.
